Producers

The initial phase entails finding and establishing contact with reputable agricultural cultivators and harvesters of a range of products, including grains, spices, and pulses. These producers are chosen based on their capacity to meet market needs, quality standards, and sustainability practises.

Procurement

Once the producers are identified, the next step is to procure the desired agro commodities from them. This includes negotiating contracts, discussing pricing terms, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Warehouse/Storage

After procurement, the commodities are typically stored in warehouses or storage facilities. These warehouses offer a regulated atmosphere to preserve the goods' integrity and quality. To keep track of the number, state, and location of the stored goods, inventory management systems are used.

Transport & Logistics

Managing the movement of goods from warehouses to their final locations falls under the logistics phase. This include setting up shipping or transportation services, working with shipping companies or carriers, and making sure that the goods arrive on schedule at their destinations.

Consumer Supply

The next step is to make the commodities available to consumers, which can include a wide range of businesses like manufacturers, distributors, food processors, and retailers.
